i have been a fan of your show for a while and i have a wonderful come back episode in mind.

i am in need of doing a short sale and i feel awful for my neighbors as the house is a real eye soar and is in deseparte need of being remodeled. i would be great if you guys could purchase the home and remodel. it would kill two birds with one stone, as it would get this property off my back, and i know you would restore the house to a decent quality and the neighbors and community would not suffer.

what do you think?

my name is kim sommer from summerville sc, my husband micheal and i contacted both of you before we moved here from brownsburg indiana, in aug of 2007. actually, you, your show and your business is the reason that we came to south carolina. micheal does remodeling and repair and has 20+ yrs. experience. he is currently working for local investors in the charleston area. i still have not given up on the idea of micheal working for and with richard. i know he (micheal) has what it takes to be a true trademark property team member. i am not giving up on either of you contacting us to possibly work for you.

actually micheal met both richard and ginger at jason's deli in west ashley and was star stuck. i have never seen micheal speechless in our whole life, until that time. when micheal met vance at a local gas station, it was like he didn't want to stop talking to him. actually, as his wife, i thought it was funny. that's all he talked about was meeting all of you. i've been to your downtown office and purchased a t-shirt for micheal, and he actually saves it. he doesn't want to ruin it or dirty it. i guess he's waiting until he is a team member to wear it. ;-)

anyway, if you are looking for someone who takes great pride in what they do, and goes the extra mile to be a blessing to people and gives back...then my husband micheal is your man. he is a perfectionist (which is good) and goes way beyond to do the best job he can for people and investors. he does everything from drywall to painting, interior/exterior repair, kitchens, baths, landscape design, siding, lite roofing, demo/clean-up. he really would also be a great asset to help carlos on some projects.

please consider calling us to talk, you will not be sorry. he has the big black dodge that had(broke)perfection's edge on the back window. (remember him now)

i am not giving up on trademarks property and micheal's desire to be a blessing to you and your business. i'll be waiting to hear from y'all. (being from indiana, it's hard to get use to saying that y'all) lol ;-)

i love real estate pros. it is my favorite show. the cast is great. the show is very entertaining and i really hope it comes back to tlc. please tlc bring it back!!!

i miss watching the trademark team at work. there was just something knowledgable, honest, sincere and real about them that kept hubby and myself watching. i felt they were doing more than making a buck. i feel like they are trying to build a community one can be proud to live in. if i lived near the trademark area i would definitely be looking for a home that they were involved with. the other teams on flip this house come off as sharletons or people who have no clue what they are doing to me. i would never knowingly buy a property worked on by these people. their goal seems to be only to make a fast buck. although there are tons of home shows on the airways trademark properties is still my fav. i anxiously await their return.......
