My parents, D & H, grew up in East Los Angeles, and when time came to purchase a home, they made the huge jump to a small town in Orange County called, Yorba Linda, over 40 years ago.

Owner's of an auto repair, nearly all their profits went into new properties, including the lot their business was on.

They both worked their business all day, and home improvement and rental maintenance at night and on weekends.

Rent from this and many other residential and commercial properties has left them free to party well in their retirement.
